All GMH members have access to video tutorials plus downloadable templates, a monthly social media calendar with ready to use graphics for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and access to the private Members’ Community on Facebook.

We have chosen the 5 areas we are asked about most frequently: Public Relations, Marketing Strategy, Advertising, Social Networks and Business Development. There are multiple modules in each section and each module contains approximately 7 tutorial videos.

We have designed the GMH to cater for a wide range of people, so whether you want to learn a new skill, add to your existing knowledge or simply save time by using the social media calendar and posts we provide each month you will be getting great value for money.

Each video is between 5 and 10 minutes long, so you can easily complete an entire module in less than an hour! You can dip in and out of the GMH as you please and when you log back n just click on the ‘Resume My learning’ to get back to where you were.

This is something we are working on. You will get rewarded for completing modules and there is bonus content that you can unlock. PGA Pros can use Hub courses as evidence of their CPD and if the membership asks us to create tests at the end of each module then we will introduce this in the future.

We will be uploading new video content every month and the monthly social media calendar will be available a week before the new month begins so that you can get planning. If anything comes up that we think members will be interested in, we’ll add posts about this in real time which you can catch up on in the ICYMI (In Case You Missed It) area!

The video tutorials are presented by golf industry professionals who are experts in their own areas. The team have worked with high profile brands, The PGA, The R&A and the Home Unions so have a broad understanding of the golf industry.

We will also be inviting guests from outside the industry to present on their specialist fields, as well offering members of the golf industry the chance to talk about topics that we think the membership will be interested in.

Each month we will create and share around 30-40 different downloadable graphics / posts that cover every aspect of a golf business; updates on the golf course, Food & Beverage, the Pro Shop, Events, Results, Members’ Achievements, Lessons and Offers. We will also include posts around Awareness Days (Breast Cancer Awareness, Mental Health, Children in Need) and important Diary Dates such as Christmas, Easter etc. These can be used as they are or if you want to you can personalise them and we will teach you how!

You don’t need to have any prior marketing experience to enjoy your membership. We cover the basics, you learn in your own time and you will have access to the GMH Team and the Members to ask any questions you may have.

We understand that more than one person in your business may be looking after the marketing, and that you may view content together. However, sharing of username and password is not allowed and only one Facebook account will have access to the valuable resources in the Members’ Facebook Community.

There is a lot of content in the GMH and we don’t want people to be overwhelmed, which is why when you join GMH you will be asked a series of questions to establish what you are most keen to learn about. This will help us direct you to the right content straight away. As soon as you complete your first module you will unlock the other subject areas.

As soon as you sign up and complete the onboarding questions you can use the social media posts.

Annual subscribers will have access to all content we have produced. Monthly subscribers will only have access to downloadable resources from the month that they subscribe
